AppliMetal slitting machine is mainly aimed at the slitting material is metal coil such as strip steel stainless steel belt aluminum strip, the strip lengthways cut into a number of required specifications of strip suitable for processing cold rolled and silicon steel tinplate stainless steel and coated with various types of metal coil plate.

clamping, coil loading, and unloading. An adjustable tensioner enables very precise rewinding.
Up-to-date PLC is adopted for the production line to increase its stability and reliability.Logic control of the whole line has
been accomplished.
Variable shearing speed. Decoiler, slitter and rewinder are in synchronized speed through speed ajustable motor driving system.
Loop pits baffles are designed to increase the convenience of operation. All the function and parameters have reached world advanced level.
